Gentle Stretch and Yoga Nidra

We are going through a major shift right now, globally. It’s important to honour our emotions and maintain positive health and wellbeing. Come and join Me for a gentle stretch out followed by Yoga Nidra.

Tuscan Yoga Retreat 2020

Cleanse your mind, body and soul on my second Tuscan Yoga Retreat held at the beautiful Villa Pardi, Lucca.

Downward Doggy Date Yoga


We all know the benefits of petting and cuddling animals for our mental health and wellbeing.
Dog Yoga is a great way to burn off some of your dog’s energy, let them socialise whilst helping you to manage stress and anxiety.
Welcome for all abilities – whether you have a dog or not, come and join the fun.

WARNING – Your cheeks may ache from so much smiling!

Yoga for Pregnancy

Every Saturday 12pm (starts 8th feb 2020) at the fabulous JOY Studio.

£40 for block of 5 sessions (valid for 8 weeks).

No previous experience of yoga necessary.

This class will provide pregnant ladies with the tools to support them throughout their pregnancy right until the day they are united with their baby/s. Breath work, sound work and movement to connect with baby and calm the mind.
