Because of technology, I’m still able to teach you whilst I’m away running my retreat. I order to keep the timetable running, I’ve got some OMazing teachers to help out and teach where I can’t. Let’s give a shout out to these gorgeous women!
Alice is a qualified equipment/mat work pilates teacher and dancer based in Bristol. After receiving her pilates qualification in 2014, Alice studied a BA(Hons) Dance and Choreography degree at Falmouth University.
In 2017 after completing her degree she relocated back to Bristol where she began teaching for studios such as Soul Pilates and Vital Pilates. She has taught in studios across Cornwall and Bristol between 2014 – present.
Becky has been practicing yoga for 16 years and has studied with various teachers around the world. She has gained over 700 hours of teacher training and teaches a variety of styles of yoga including vinyasa and free flow, slow/gentle flow, restorative yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra.
Over the years Beckys’ practice and teaching of yoga has changed and shifted organically. She loves to offer her students the freedom during the practice to find space and nourishment in their bodies, hearts and minds. Becky loves to move, dance and flow and this comes across in her vinyasa classes where she teaches purely from her heart.
