Class Types

Prenatal Yoga – For pregnancies from 14 weeks

Hatha Flow – A mindful practice which includes breath work and a mix of flowing postures.

Pilates Fusion – A mix of Pilates and Yoga

Yin Yoga – Holding postures for a longer time than other styles of yoga to open up fascia and connective tissues.

Cardioga – 30 Minute HIIT Workout which incorporates yogic movement and postures.

Urban Yoga – A fast paced choreographed yoga practice to Upbeat music.

Mid Day Boost – Swap the coffee for Yoga and get over that mid day slump.

Morning Boost – Start your day right with an energising flow to get your system going!
