A bit of yin and Yang ☯️ for tonight’s practice of #Saucha with some deeper long held twists to purify and cleanse the body.

Don’t mind me, just making some lavender and Epsom salt parcels 😁

Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues.
