Stretch ‘n’ Flex

This  Stretch ‘n’ Flex class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life – and manic Monday. Expect a relaxing and soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centred, renewed and ready for sleep.

Beginner’s Hatha

Yoga and Pilates


Thursday’s 8am

Practicing both yoga ad pilates is great for establishing more core stability and control of the body. Incorporating mindfulness and yogic moves gives you the best of both worlds!

Pregnancy Yoga
