Save the dates!

Aug 31st – Sep 7th (Alcohol free)

Sep 9th – Sep 16th

What’s on in Villa Pardi?

Every year follows a similar schedule of morning yoga followed by workshops, classes and other daily activities.

Some of the activities include:

Pilates, castle and medieval village tour, mindful drawing, essential oils, home spa facial, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, blindfolded yoga, strengthening asana workshop, alignment workshop and more.

Food and Drink

Week 1 is an alcohol free week (in the villa) and week 2 allows wine with dinner.

This year, instead of having dinner every night at the Villa, you will have four dinners included at Villa Pardi. This leaves you with three free nights to do whatever. You may like to head into the local village restaurant or into Lucca (Lucca by night is STUNNING).

For the second week, we have a trip to the vineyard for dinner on the last night, so you will have two free evenings.

FAQ’s

Q) Can I have a glass of wine with my dinner if I’m not at the Villa for the free evenings?

A) Yes, of course you can if you would like to. I do like to emphasise that my retreats are very free form, where you can dip in and out where you please so that you make it the break and reset that you need. With that said however, it is a wellness retreat with focus on cleanse and renewal so please bear this in mind.

Q) Are all activities included in retreat price?

A) Yes. All workshops, activities and excursions are in the retreat and are at no extra cost.

Q) Do I have to do everything on the itinerary?

A) Nope. You can take the whole week laying by the pool if you like! Dip in and out of activities included. I just ask for all to let me know if they are not attending certain activities so that I know numbers before starting them.

Q) I’d like access to a fridge, how can I arrange this?

For fridge access, you must either book a studio room (where breakfast is not included but you can pay €8 if you’d like breakfast) or book a room in the main villa as these all have access to a fridge.

Q) Do I need my own mat?

A) Yes you will need your own mat. I have travel mats available to purchase and these fold up like a sheet and are lightweight. I have bolsters and all other equipment at the villa. CLICK HERE TO GET A MAT

Q) Can I bring a travel kettle?

A) Italy rarely provides complementary tea’s and coffee as standard in accommodation. It’s a great idea to bring a kettle with some tea and coffee.

Q) Do I need trainers?

A) there will be some activities that you will want some sensible footwear for such as walking, zumba, fitness. It’s always good to pack a pair if you can, most of our activities will be low impact so barefoot is fine. As long as you have comfy shoes for walking then you’ll be fine.
